Bought new from Best Buy single owner, factory reset done. Has working pen, barely ever used the pen. Tablet has never been dropped, only taken out of case for cleaning. Always kept in battery saving mode-(keeps the battery from charging more than 80% to maximize battery life) The large 14.6 inch screen is great no issues or scratches, thanks to the case(Blue case included).
