I bought from a local yard sale. I took it home, charged it, go on the internet, played games, tested it. Works fine. None of my kids wanted it so im reselling it. It did let me in and play on it and reset it. Looks like most likely locked on Spectrum network. Ships out fast and secure, Thanks for Looking
