These units are all bios password locked. We were able to bypass it by installing an admin account so the laptop is fully functional. Just if you reset it it might need you to put in a bios password. So just dont reset it. Bad webcam and mic. Batteries are new 3rd party so health is at 100% and like 1 cycle count. Does not come with a charger
