All iPads work and have wifi/cellular. No guarantee on batteries, however, 4 of the 7 a1567 units seem to have working batteries. The a1954 unit also seems to have working battery. The a1954 and one of the a1567 units has 128GB storage while the others all have 64GB. One of the questionable battery a1567 units also has a small dark spot on LCD but can still be used.
