Unit is in excellent operational condition with cosmetic blemishes and signs of regular office. LCD screens are in good shape. These units do not come with an ac adapter. No HDD/SSD or OS installed. Batteries are all "Excellent" All units missing back panel screws. Units have major blemishes on the back panel as well as some scrapes on the lid. Grade: B/C Please see pictures Thanks
