Might be just for parts, I believe ipad does not update anymore therefore I do not know if it can download apps. I was able to sign out of ipad account but could not sign out of icloud account. It does turn on and charge. I listed cheap b/c I don’t exactly how much buyer can get out of it to be honest since my ipad knowledge is limited. Sold as is.
